Birth Certificate (Un-Official)

This is a great keepsake for both the children and the parents.  This 8 ½″ x 11″ (un-official) birth certificate shows your child’s name in alphabet blocks across the top with all the vital information beneath…just before our stork shows up at the bottom of the page carrying a baby. 

The price of these certificates does not include mat or framework.  Mats and frames shown here are for display only.  Our 11″ x 14″ mat frames add a great look to these 8 ½″ x 11″ certificates.
